The Name Game

Posted by Unknown

After a debate over the years of names that Tommy and I like, we have finally decided. We have always liked names that were different. Names we have never known others to have. With no further adieu...

Our son will be named Charlie Reiker McCullers. We will call him Reiker (pronounced Ry-ker). Charlie is the name of both of Tommy's grandfathers. What better way to honor them by naming our son after them.

Our first daughter will be named Holland Belle McCullers. We will call her Holland. Belle is a family name on both sides.

Our second daughter will be named Sutton Michelle McCullers. We will call her Sutton. Michelle was my middle name honoring my father, Mike.

Stay tuned for more information.

Baby X 3 . . . What Will They Be?

Posted by Unknown

Last night was the big gender reveal party. We went to the high risk doctor in the morning, and the babies had full anatomy checks. Their toes, feet, legs, arms, noses, lips . . . all were counted, and they actually cooperated. They're going to be great babies! =) All are still progressing perfectly! We did not find out the genders immediately because we wanted to wait and find out with the grandparents, uncles, aunts, niece, and nephews, so we had the doc put his findings in an envelope.

After the doctor, I went on to work for a teacher work day (keeping myself busy so that I didn't think too much about that envelope), and Tommy took a pre decorated box to Party City to have an employee open the envelope and arrange the three balloons (representing our triplets) inside while he waited outside.

Finally, the moment arrived . . . (drum roll)

We're excited to announce we're having two girls and one boy!

Thanks to all our family for celebrating with us and to all our friends who patiently waited to hear the news too! We're very blessed!
